Candidate Substitution

Clients may substitute candidates for the course at any time prior to the course commencing.

We are able to advertise your course date for others to join if you feel that filling the course could be a problem. A variety of discounts would be available; we can discuss this with you over the telephone.

Payment

Payment for group bookings is on receipt of the invoice. Terms: strictly 14 days from dispatch of the invoice. Individual students should pay in full when booking. This acts as confirmation of the booking.

If you wish to pay via bank transfer, use Nat West, sort code: 60-07-47, Acc: 52036790, Account Name: JRL Training Ltd

Terms: 14 days from date invoice received unless indicated on the invoice. Any queries should be made in writing within 7 days of invoice received. Any none payment of account after 30 days will result in a 2% increase, after 60 days a 5% increase will apply. There after we will continue to add 5% per 30 days and pass the invoice on to our debt recovery department.

 

For courses held in and around London a surcharge of £75 will apply.

 

If in the unlikly event that you are not happy with the service supplied by JRL Training Ltd, just give us a call within 14 days from completion, on 01953850839 and we will be happy to descuss the matter.

Minimum Student Allocation

We will run courses for any number of students, however for payment purposes, a company who puts less than 5 students will be charged for 5 students.

Complaints
